How do I add the statistics tracking to my site?
When you sign up for the Get Found Local online business directory listings and local search engine marketing service you are emailed instructions on how to install the statistics. It is very simple as long as you know how to use a FTP program and make a minor modification to your site. If you prefer, we will install the tracking script for you at no charge. We will need the user name and password to access your account. This is available to you from your web hosting company and the person who created your site will also have this information.

How much business can I expect from working with Get Found Local?
There is really no way for us to anticipate this. There will probably be fewer searches for a plumber in Duluth Minnesota than there will be in Phoenix Arizona, but the conversion rate may be higher in Duluth because there are fewer competitors. A local restaurant in Los Angeles may get more traffic than a roofer in Kansas City but the value of the roofing lead is much higher. Some of our clients will experience an increase of hundreds of leads per month and others only one or two. How long will it take my business to be listed?
Each search engine updates their database at their own pace. You can expect your business to be listed by most engines within a month. Some will be quicker than others and a couple will take longer.

What does a Google Business Center PIN mailer look like?
The Google Local Business Center PIN mailer is white and about the size of a postcard. It will contain your PIN and will be identifiable by the following return address:

When you receive this mailer, please contact us so we can activate your account. Without this, Google will not list your business.
Does Get Found Local guarantee listings?
We can not guarantee a listing because the individual companies that we submit to have the right to reject any site they choose. However, if you adhere to our Terms of Service and provide accurate and complete information about your business, there will be no issues in listing your business with the local search and Internet yellow pages. If your site is rejected for some reason, we will work work with the search engine or Internet Yellow Pages on your behalf to get you included.
Can I cancel my monthly subscription?
Yes you can, but because of the labor involved in the set up of your listing in the business directories and ongoing labor involved with local search engine marketing, you will not receive a refund for the set up or for the current month. At the end of the paid month, we will remove you from the Local Merchants Advertising Network and all links to you and will no longer maintain your directory listings.
I have new information about my business, how do I provide this updated information to you?
There are 2 ways to update your business directory listings. The fastest and easiest is to log into your account and make the changes. The second option is to send a fax to 480-704-4958. Be sure to include your user name created during the sign up process and business name/location on the fax cover sheet.
Can I get paid for referring new local businesses to you?
You bet! We love referrals and would be happy to send you a check for every business that signs up with us due to your referral. We have invested in a sophisticated program that allows us to track your referrals from online and offline. Please see our $ opportunities section for more information.
